Attitude Reports

The Attitude Reports help you determine the participant’s attitudes toward work and work-related issues. The Attitude Assessment measures counter-productive behaviors during the pre-employment “Screening” process.

The Interpretive and the Graphic reports will show any areas of concern that you might want to further investigate by using the Behavioral Interview Questions.

Shows how to interpret the participant’s score for each scale.

A quick snapshot of the participant’s scale scores and the level of concern they fall into (“Low Concern”, “Some Concern”, or “Serious Concern”).

Attitude Behavioral Interview Questions

Shows all assessment questions the participant answered in a “counter-productive” manner with follow-up interview questions for each one.

Assessment Question:

“There are just too many rules at work.” - Answered True

Interview Question:

“People are often bothered by excessive rules at work. How do you feel about such rules? Are you tempted to just ignore them?”
