____ a. If requesting certain information from a job applicant is prohibited, requesting that same information about the applicant from a previous employer, family member, or other source is also prohibited if a conditional job offer has not been made.

____ b. Employers may not contract an outside firm to conduct background checks that violate the ADA's prohibitions on preemployment inquiries.

____ c. Before making a conditional offer of employment, an employer may not ask previous employers or other sources about an applicant's disability or illness.
