Is a woman who works in a traditionally male-dominated job expected to endure sexually offensive conduct?

Although work sites once staffed by an all-male workforce may have a tradition of good-old-boy sexism, women do not assume the risk of sexual harassment by entering a traditionally all male workplace. Pornographic magazines and pinups, vulgar comments or lewd jokes about women, and sexually-oriented calendars that might abound in such a workplace can create a hostile work environment that amounts to sexual harassment.
